Looking for a way to use your Instant Pot? Like for some amazing tasting pulled pork? Well Instant Pot is new in my life and I am addicted. I have cooked so much more food and there are a lot of healthy instant pot recipes one can try. I decided to give pulled pork a try. It came amazing. It was so easy too. As my husband was eating it I mentioned I felt like I didn’t do anything. For dinner that night we had a $7 Pork Roast, $1.50 Steamed Bag of corn, $2.50 Steam Bag for Small Baked Potatoes. So that meal was so good and simple.
This meal takes about 10 to prep meat, 90 minutes to cook, 10 minutes to natural release, then 5 more minutes if you want to add BBQ sauce and heat it up. I can tell you this is a heck of a lot faster to do and really while it cooks, I do other stuff. Multitasking mama is in the house!!! (totally raising my hands as I say that too)
